Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed. Please be sure to review all product descriptions, sizing guides, and details before making your purchase.

Exemptions

We only offer replacements in the following cases:

  • If the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with supporting photos and your order number.

  • Order Number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the product showing the defect or damage

Once we review your request, we will provide instructions for the next steps. If approved, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will require clear evidence (photos or videos) to process your claim.
